4. Justin Jackson
5. David Cooper
6. Kevin Ahrens
7. Brad Mills
8. Ricky Romero

The system is really starting to get better and deeper, it has to do with (as mentioned in the article) the shift in focus from college to high school and international talent.

Not all that much different than our top 10...
They don’t like Campbell as much and they like Brad Emaus better than we do. Beyond that it is pretty close.

very close to ours
Whether Emaus or Campbell is a better prospect probably depends on which will stick at 2nd. That’s not totally clear for either one at the moment – maybe the Jays were just trying to get Campbell the work at 3rd in the AFL in preparation for a Rolen injury, or because they know they have Aaron Hill signed long-term at 2nd. Emaus had a good defensive season last year by all accounts, but he’s a big fella and he has played other positions as well.

I like the idea of Campbell being able to fill in 3B
Since Rolen is unlikely to play more than 120 games. But you are right, if he is moved from second permanently he’s not as good a prospect.

Prospects
I think that the Jays are going to be able to compete in the AL east next year despite not having much of a rotation. But, if the Blue Jays start rebuilding, they should try to get value for Ryan and maybe Halladay.
