I got the cassette of

the old radio show of this(the whole 30 minute show) in Cooperstown at the Hall of Fame and used to listen to it over and over

Does anyone have a Watt or Watts?

Dodgers have a Michael Watt

But he was a pitcher in the rookie league ball last year. The Pirates have a Kristopher Watts in the minors, a catcher who finished last season in AA ball.

The last Watt in the Majors was Eddie Watt who pitched mostly with the Orioles in the late 60’s and early 70’s. There was an Allie Watt who had 1 plate appearance (a double) with the Washington Senators in 1920, but he did play second base in that game. Gotta like a player with a 2.000 lifetime slugging average. Would have loved to have been at that game. Would have driven people around me crazy asking ’What’s the name of the first baseman?’………

So if Hu bats leadoff

and Watt was the starter that day…
