Cliff Lee Starter for the All-Star Game

Cliff Lee gets the start for the AL over Doc. I was hoping Doc would get the call but can't really argue that Cliff is a bad choice. Here's his starts:

W-L G GS CG SHO SV BS IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP
2008 - Cliff Lee 12-2 18 18 1 1 0 0 124.2 109 34 32 5 20 106 2.31 1.03

Compare to Doc:

W-L G GS CG SHO SV BS IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP
2008 - Roy Halladay 11-6 20 19 7 2 0 0 146.1 125 50 44 10 21 121 2.71 1.00

I guess the best argument for Doc is his 7 complete games, compared to 1 for Lee. He has a few more strike outs too. But their Whips are close and Lee has 1 more win and 4 less losses.  Is pretty much a toss up, I'd pick Doc because of his innings and complete games but...I'm biased. I think he's the best starter in baseball.
