Game Thread for Game 105, Winning Streaks R Us

Yeah I know, shouldn't make a big deal about a winning streak against crappy teams but all season long we haven't been able to beat the bad times. Washburn is still listed as the starting pitcher for the Mariners today, even though it's rumored that he has been traded to the Yankees. He's got a 3.16 ERA this month.

Shawn Marcum has his second start after coming off the DL. His first one wasn't very successful. Hopefully today will go better.

We have our usual vs left hander lineup going today. Eck as DH is one of those Cito things that I'm just going to have to get used to. Lind has been moved up to the 6th spot. Rolen, who isn't hitting at all, is down to the 7th, even against the lefty. Mench is in right.

I'm sore and my hands hurt after a day of post hole digging in rocky soil and fence building, but it is done....expect for painting. I intend to tell the wife that we all voted to leave it unpainted. Since I'm tired I'm going to lay out on the couch and watch the game. Join us in the game thread.
