Around SBN: Miikka Kiprusoff Wins 300th Game, Buffalo Crushes Boston

The folks at Beyond the Boxscore have the Jays ranked #1 in MLB and the top four teams are all in the AL East (guess which team isn't in the top four and you win a stale cookie). Oh yeah, and the Rays have apparently been insanely unlucky.

'But I don't want to go among mad people' Alice remarked.
'Oh, you can't help that' said the Cat 'we're all mad here'.

Pretty amazing

that despite being in the top 3 in MLB in both pitching and offense, the Red Sox still aren’t #1. Shows you that defense can make a big difference

Nice the Jays are one of the Beasts of the East

Not nice is that there are four beasts. May make for an exciting Sept for a change, eh?

In honor of the Jays 2nd Baseman who played with fire in more ways than one.
