I know this isn't exactly saying CERA
but I don’t believe much in catchers helping pitchers. Especially since Arencibia is such a bad defensive catcher

I think its about the tipping point between getting advice and taking it. I know we like to overlook intangibles at the major league level (because in all fairness they’ve been proven not to mean much), but I strongly believe in the power of good teachers, and the right advice at the right time, when it comes to the development of everybody, athletes/non-athletes alike.
Can't wait for some October Baseball.
