The contract is a five year contract worth US $64 million commencing in 2011, with a club option for 2016. Terms of the deal are US $8 million in 2011, with subsequent US $14 million salaries in each of 2012-15. The club holds an option of US $14 million for the 2016 season.

Figured this year would be lower but averages out to almost $13 million a year and if they pick up the option it will average that. 

There is a $1 million buy out if they don't pick up the options, so the contract is worth at least $65 million and could be $78 if they pick up the option.
