#1 favourite baseball jersey

If you were to buy any jersey, past or present, which would it be? Doesn't have to be Jays either.

As for me, I just bought a Bautista jersey (love that power stroke!) but there was also consideration for Robbie Alomar and Joe Carter powder blue throwbacks. Scott Richmond was also considered... for half a second (can't believe the Jays online store is actually selling his jersey). It seems like our current Jays are too much in flux to really consider buying a jersey for, even Bautista given his lack of a track record. Morrow? Snider? Lind?

On other teams, Pujols' white St.Louis jersey would be awesome though his impending free agency could ruin that (hopefully not). Halladay Phillies jersey would be sweet too but I would obviously rather have the Jays one. Thoughts?

As for your question, I could never bring myself to buy another jersey other then the Jays.

Maybe an all-star one but even then its pushing it.

At the moment? I guess I would go with Romero, Snider or Bautista

Rumblings of them changing Logos + preferring the Style the wore during the Glory Days + the fact that the Jays have hired a company to help market their brand = belief that we could be seeing a different look as early as next year.

Current Jerseys

I actually enjoy the current jerseys relative to their old ones. Though the early 90’s version of the outfit has nostalgic value to me (Joe Carter trotting around those bases with the top button open is iconic in my mind), that look would be rather outdated today, especially the double-line font that was popular back then.

The hats on the other hand would be a welcome change. I think our old logo with the baseball and the Blue Jay were perfect, much better than the simple T. If they are going to change anything, it has to be that.
