So this isn't really news but it caused a bit of a stink here in Wisconsin. Personally I'd be in favor of a 5-6 year deal for Fielder. This length would seem to work well for both sides. We would get his prime years and, if he plays well, he would set himself up for another big payday at 32 or 33. It seems to make a lot of sense. I know acquiring Prince has been discussed quite a bit but does anyone have any more thoughts?
