it's the definition of rah-rah school/faculty pride
you have to make cheers, and songs, and there’s this big competition with games and stuff for points to win a goose trophy thing. And the leaders are VERY into it. And it’s exhausting. The good thing is you make friends in your program, and cause it’s not a big school (and faculties are even smaller, obviously) you’ll likely have classes with people you meet there.
