Meh, If he’s good enough to win the job then he’s good enough to have the job and if he isn’t then he isn’t. Not much to it really… if he wants it then he’ll have to suit up and take it.

Hit the nail on the head

When he said that the past few seasons were the ones to give him a full season. Still doesn’t make sense to me why he was sent down as often as he was when the team knew it wasn’t going to compete
