Minor League Recap: Games of April 17

A quick look at what our minor leaguers did yesterday. Our A-ball teams are 21-3 between the two so far. But then Vegas and New Hampshire haven't been quite as good, 7-18 added together. I was expecting better from both.


Las Vegas 51's (3-10)

Lost to Salt Lake 3-2. They are on a 4 game losing streak, including losing both haves of a double header Sunday.

New Hampshire Fisher Cats (4-8)

Lost to Binghamton (10-6)

  • Chad Jenkins: 2.2, 9 hits, 8 earned, 9 hits, 2 walks, 0 k. 8.04. Pretty safe to say he isn't going to get the start on the 21st.
  • Danny Farquhar: 1.2, 2 k. 1.29.
