Tuesday BBB Links: Another Costly Error Edition

It's fun to pretend this is a picture of Kawasaki's devastation over his error last night. - USA TODAY Sports

The Blue Jays should have known better than to get in a one-run game with the Orioles, the baseball gods have deemed it impossible to win those. Today's links highlight the bizarre season of Colby Rasmus, the uncanny ability of Sin Shoo Choo to get plonked and a man who survived a harpoon to face.Yeah, apparently that's possible...

That was an immensely frustrating game to watch. Losing based on the failure to make a routine defensive play just hurts. It happens but it hurts. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Great start by J.A Happ though, that's something... I guess.

Once in a while Fangraphs has to remind the general public as to the irrelevance of RBI, it's just part of what they do. Mind-boggling quote of the day comes from Dusty Baker, "On-base percentage is good. But RBIs are better."
