The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired right-handed pitcher Nick Tepesch from the Minnesota Twins for cash considerations, reports Twins beat guy Mike Berardino.

Tepesch is currently on a minor-league deal with the Twins, re-signing after being released earlier this season. He was immediately placed on the disabled list (hamstring) and pitched in three rehab starts in the Gulf Coast League, but hasn't pitched since July 6. He is still officially on the International League disabled list.
This move is to give the Bisons (and Buffalo super fans) a decent starter and the Blue Jays some starting depth behind Cesar Valdez.
