7/18 Minor League Summary

Syracuse 5, Rochester 4
The winning run was scored by Russ Adams after an error by Bobby Korecky off an Olmedo bunt. I don't really have a JotG even after the victory as it looks like the Chiefs were really lucky. Thigpen was 0-3, Adams was 1-4, and Lind was 1-3.

New Hampshire 9, Portland 2
The bats for the FCats were on today. Ryan Patterson continued his hot hitting going 2 for 4 with a walk. Sergio Santos was 2-5 with a triple and a home run and Manny Mayorson was 3-4 with 2 doubles. Aaron Mathews added a homerun.
Chip Cannon gets the JotG got his 3-5 night where he had a home run, double and 3 RBIs. He did however strike out the other two times.

Dunedin 4, Brevard County 2
The DJays mustered only 4 hits on the night. Orlando Tria went 6 innings and only gave up 2 runs so I'll give him the JotG.

Burlington 7, Lansing 5
Four Lugnuts had 2 hits each. Travis Snider was 2-4 with a triple. Luizza and Baksh was 2-4 with a double and I'll give all 3 of them a share of the JotG.
Scott Campbell had the day off so I couldn't give him the loving!
Auburn 9, Vermont 2
JP Arencibia was 1-5 and had a hat trick (3 strikeouts). Leance Soto, Ben Zeskind and Manny Rodriguez each had 2 hits.

GCL Jays 5, GCL Phillies 2
Balbino was 2-4. Ahrens was 0-3. Brad Cuthbertson went 4IP with 6Ks with 1ER. He is the JotG and currently holds a 2.86 ERA.
