7/27 Jays Minor League Summary; Here's to you Mr. Robinzon

Totally forgot about the summary and I just happened to remember. Since I don't sleep like most people can't hurt to post it now rather then later.

The affiliates wen 4-2 on the night.

Star-divide

Syracuse 4, Rochester 2
Josh Banks had an alright day giving up 2 runs in 6 and 1/3 IP. This was Robinzon Diaz's day as he had his first great game as a Chief. He went 2 for 3 with an actual walk and had 3 RBI to get the JotG. John Hattig was 2 for 4 with 2 doubles to share it with Diaz.

New Hampshire 8, New Britain 6
Rob Cosby was the JotG going 2 for 4 with a homerun and 3 RBI and singled in the winning run in the bottom of the 7th. Santos and Cannon also added two hits.

Dunedin 8, Lakeland 6
Kyle Phillips gets the JotG going 2 for 4 with a homerun and 3 RBI. Honorable mention goes to Carl Cota who was 2 for 3 with 3 runs and a walk, Neilsen and Butler also had two hits apiece.

Clinton 7, Lansing 2
Matt Luizza gets the JotG for going 2 for 3 with a triple and solo home run. Snider struggleg going 0 for 4 with 3 strikeouts.

State College 2, Auburn 1
Brett Cecil continues to pitch well going 5.1 IP with 4Ks and just 1ER given up. He shares the JotG with Ebarb who was 2 for 3 with a home run. Arencibia was 1 for 4.

GCL Jays 9, GCL Braves 8
Joel Collins has been tearing up the GCL and is on a 5 game hitting streak. Tonight he went 3 for 4 with two home runs and 4 RBI. He is currently hitting .429 albeit in a small sample size. Ahrens added in two hits and scored on a sac fly by Balbino in the bottom of the 10th to win. Jackson also had a homerun.
