Some notes about last night: There's very little positive to say about last night's game. It was actually difficult to watch them squander yet another lead en route to yet another loss. Last night marked the team's sixth straight loss, easily its longest losing streak of the season. Now the Blue Jays find themselves 9.5 games behind the Yankees in the AL East standings and 8.5 games behind the Red Sox in the Wild Card standings. Most of the people in my sections seemed to be having a great time last night, though it was presumably due to the excessive amounts of ethanol they imbibed. Or perhaps they're simply masochistic.
