Dice-K Rolls An 8 for Our 8th In A Row

The Whole Sad Story
Ohka started out with some control issues and a defensive lapse (trying to shovel the Ball to Overbay when he could have picked it up) to allow the Red Sox to an early 3-0 lead and the game was over. Ohka was outsted after the 4th due to a pitch count approaching 100 and Dice-K turned around from his previous problems to fan 8 Blue Jays for our 8th loss in a row and beating us senseless 9-3

While down 3-0, Gibbons brought in Scott Downs who was having a terrific start to the year with 0 ER allowed promptly gave up 2 home runs to Lugo and Ramirez to basically seal it after the 6th inning.

Jays of the Day
Rios and Overbay . Rios was 4 for 4 with a walk setting up the table for Lind (3 LOB) and Wells (4 LOB) all night. However no one drove him in. Overbay was 2 for 4 and had 2 solo home runs in a losing effort.
