Nielsen and Patton had 2 hits each to get the JotG. Brandon Magee struggled in 4.1 IP with 4 walks and just one strike out and 5 ER.
Auburn 3, Lowell 1 -Game 1
Brett Cecil struggled only able to go 2.1 IP but only gave up 1ER but scattered 6 hits and 2 walks so he was very very lucky. He did have 4 strikeouts. CJ Ebarb went 2-3 with 1 home run to get the JotG. JP Arencibia went 0-2 with 2 walks and 2Ks.

Second round pick out of high school John Tolisano who has struggled went 2-4 with 2 home runs to get the JotG in a losing effort. Balbino was 1-4, Ahrens was 0-2 but had 2 walks.
