Portland 16, New Hampshire 6
Kyle Yates struggled once again going only 3 innings and giving 3 home runs including 6 runs. The rest of the bullpen was lit up except for Jo Matumoto who stuck out side Lyle Overbay was 1-4 with a walk. Matthews and Mayorson had 2 hits in the losing effort.
Dunedin 0, Tampa 5
Russ Savickas didn't have much defensive help in this one as 3 errors led to 5 unearned runs and all the earns came with 2 outs. Kyle Phillips did get 2 hits and a walk so I'll give him the Jay of the game title.
Lansing 1, Fort Wayne 5
The Lugnuts offense could only muster 5 hits with Matthew Lane getting 2 hits including a double and a walk. Reidier Gonzalez who had a 3.33 heading into the game but with a very low strikeout rate, struggled in 5 innings giving up 5 earned runs on 8 hits but did manage 4Ks. Adrian Martin who I am still liking very much pitched 3 shut out innings with 4Ks to shut the door in a losing effort and gets the Jay of the game in this one.
Auburn 3, Aberdeen 5
No one of note played in the loss so I don't have much to say.
