Us baseball bloggers at SB Nation had our own Hall of Fame vote, sort of like we did on our site. You can find our results here. Where as we would have voted 6 players into the Hall, the bloggers weren't as generous, only giving Bert Blyleven enough votes for election.

If you want to see how each blog voted, the ballots are here. Roberto Alomar needed one more vote to get to that magic 75% that would get him into the Hall, if our vote counted. I do have the feeling he'll be very close to that 75% from the writers too.
My ballot had Dawson, Raines, McGriff, Larkin and Alomar. Yeah I didn't put Byleven on mine. I know I'm likely wrong but one of my criteria is that a player was though of as the best at his position at least at some point in his career. I never thought of Bert that way. But then I don't think he's a bad choice. Just I'd rather pick those other guys first. Yeah you can rag on me about it but then I didn't vote from Kevin Appier. Now that's a vote you can mock.
