I really hate Mondays. And not in that not funny Garfield sort of way. I really hate them. Most of the people I work with in my industry don't take weekends off even if the markets aren't open so I usually come into work to find an email inbox and mailslot full of work. It makes the rest of the week an exercise in catching up... With all of the work I barely had time to research new TV's that I want. I mean come on, how can I research the specs of the Panasonic G20 vs the LG PK750 if people won't stop asking me to do stuff? As a side note the price difference between Canada and the US is crazy on TVs. It looks like I might make a trip across the border and pay the extra taxes and still come ahead.

Well after the disappointing Angels series we welcome the KC Royals. The Royals have been the lowest of low in the American League for quite some time but have started to turn it around with some of their young stars with Greinke and Soria. Regardless most people pegged both the Jays and the Royals to battle it out at the bottom of the AL so I guess this is sort of an important series right? I guess kinda. Personally i just want the Jays to come out with a strong game after getting whooped handily in the Angels series. Maybe we can remember we are actually allowed to get more than a few hits.

Taking the mound will be Morrow who is hoping to turn it around after two poor starts on the season. His WHIP is sitting at 2 with a lovely ERA of 12. Let's hope he gets all of these bad starts out of the way before playing the big boys in the AL East or things could get crazy. Brian Bannister has had 2 decent starts to the season averaging just over 2 innings a start but unable to secure a win either time.

For our hitters it will be Lewis, McCoy and Molina in but everything else about the same. Overbay continues to sit in the 5 spot. We desperately need Hill back in the lineup... only a couple more days of waiting.

Tune in after the jump for series and lineup info!

Keep it Civil and Go Jays Go!

Today's title. Not a song or Lyrics, at least not that I know of, but I didn't feel like searching for any. If by the offchance that is actually a set of Lyrics from some obscure song, then I did it on purpose.
