Is that supposed to be impressive? - Gm 113 - BoSox @ Jays

Despite how much they have scuffled this year with their numerous injuries the Red Sox can still be a dangerous team as they showed last night. As a side note how sad is it that we refer to the Red Sox as struggling this year and being a step behind the Rays and Yanks when they are still 16 games above 500? Craziness. The AL East is pure craziness.

Tonight we have Shaun Marcum set to take on the Red Sox. Marcum has handled the Sox in the past and I am curious to see if he can keep it up with a rookie Catcher behind the plate. He will be taking on Clay Buchholz from the Red Sox.... he still reminds me of fire marshall bill. Click to see what I mean.

Firemarshall Bill has been quite good this year. Check out that ERA and the low HR allowed totals. The only time he faced us this year was all the way back on April 27th. He won that game as the Sox took it 2-1, He pitched 8 strong innings giving up 7hits and 2BBs while striking out 4. We have to do better this time around.

For the lineup we have got our regulars back with Escobar back at SS and hitting 2nd and Wells back at cleanup patrolling CF, really glad to see neither injury caused them to miss any significant time. Snider and JPA are both in the lineup tonight with Snider in LF for Lewis and batting leadoff in his spot as well. JPA bats 9th bumping up EE to 8th. After batting cleanup yesterday Hill drops back down to his 6th spot behind Lind.

Tune in after the jump for Series info and Lineups.
