You are my number one guy! - Gm 116 - Jays @ Angels

So tonight's the big night, the launch of Sportsnet One. Everyone have their party hats on? No? Didn't think so. I know a lot of people are angry about the change as they don't have access to the new channel yet. I know I would be too. So hopefully you guys won't disappear for the rest of the games and instead decide to take in Jerry and Alan on the radio broadcast if you can get it.

The other big news from today? We have extended Ricky Romero to buy out all of his arbritration years and the 1st year of free agency. As was reported this was the largest extension ever granted for a pitcher who has under 2 years of service. Now Romero is barely under that mark but he still is. I like the signing and I think Ricky is going to be a great pitcher and fixture in our rotation for years to come.

Tonight Brett Cecil gets back on the mound after having his start pushed back due to a minor injury to his knee that resulted in 3 stitches. Last time out he was great pitching 7 innings and striking out nine while walking just two, oh and it was against the Rays so thats another plus. Ervin Santana will take the mound for the Angels and while he used to have quite dramatic splits between home and away those have seemed to balance out this year.

For the lineup, JPA is not back in the lineup which was reported yesterday. I know AA mentioned that he was going to play but this seems like one the times that Cito and him are really not on the same page. That being said aside from his first game he hasn't look great at the plate in the other 2 games. Way to small sample sizes to determine anything though, but from what I have seen of him behind the plate I feel a lot better about his defense.

Snider is back in the lineup today taking over for JBau in RF and batting 8th in front of Molina. Bautista moves into 3rd base while EE gets the day off in the shuffle.

Let's have another 2 hitter like last night. Tune in after the jump for Series info and Lineup Info.
