You're so money and you don't even know it! - Gm 127 - Tigers @ Jays

That was a nice way to end the the Yankees series. Lets hope that helps us build momentum into this 4 game set with the Tigers. I know I said it earlier this year but I really miss playing the Tigers. They were such an awesome rivalry and playing them more is one of the reasons I really want a balanced schedule (you know besides the whole AL East powerhouse thing).

A couple of my work buddies are heading to the game tonight, I think they are were trying to make me jealous. A little while back they went out for lunch without telling anyone, they grabbed some fast food and came back to the cafeteria where the rest of us were sitting. We asked why they didn't even ask if we wanted to go and they said "It was Spur of the moment", so to get them back we went out for a pint at Moxie's Patio one day which is something they had been wanting to do for awhile, we took pictures with cellphones and emailed them back to them at work. It was great fun especially when one of the guys went nuts over the whole thing. I think this is their way of trying to get back at us. The problem is its not the same thing at all, sure I would love to go to the game but I never would be able to during the week because A) Toronto is a 2 hour drive away and B) I have girls to look after and just can't take off. So its kind of hard to get upset over something like that. If it was something that I could easily do it would be something different. Oh Well, I hope they a foul ball makes them spill their beer all over them.

Anyhoo, onto the actual game. We have two young pitchers (man I have said that a lot this year) Max Scherzer taking on our future Ace in Ricky Romero. Romero in his only start against the Tigers this year went 7 innings while surrendering 7 hits and 3ER, he was a bit wild walking 4 while only striking out 3. Max hasn't pitched against the Jays in his career but he has been good over his last two starts, first he threw 6 innings of 2 hit ball against the Yanks picking up a win and then 7 innings of 4 hit ball (1 Earned run) against the Indians.

Lineup is exactly the same as yesterday, which means yet against No Snider. Seems that extra strength Cito Style Bench Glue that was popular earlier this year is back in full force.

Tune in after the jump for series info and Lineups.
