The Jays kick off a 3-game series today in New York, with Brandon Morrow facing off against Ivan Nova. Yunel Escobar continues to miss time, with Mike McCoy filling in at shortstop and leading off. Travis Snider mans left field and bats second. Lyle Overbay is back in the lineup, shifting Adam Lind back to DH. And Johnny Mac gets the start at short with Edwin Encarnacion out, while Jose Molina catches the Morrow start, as usual. That's if the game happens, though - it's free and clear here in DC but NY is far closer to Earl. Tom had a great post this morning so I don't want to take up too much space. Here you go. Title from Jesse Malin's song "Brooklyn."
