Jays and Frasor avoid arbitration

Jays sign Frasor to one year deal for $3.5m with option for 2012 worth $3.75m. They avoid arbitration.

So much for not signing them to a deal after numbers are submitted. Frasor signs for 3.5M with an option of 3.75M for 2012.
