This will be a recap for two days of minor league action, since I was unable to post a recap yesterday.

The Las Vegas 51s:

Darin Mastroianni: 3-for-10, 0 BB, 2K, 1 double. .324/.359/.351

Brett Lawrie: 5-for-10, 0 BB, 3 K, 1 double. .441/.513/.706

Eric Thames: 2-for-10, 0 BB, 3 K, no extra bases. .344/.436/.531

David Cooper: 1-for-6, 3 BB, 0 K, 1 HR. .344/.417/.531 (with 4 walks and just 1 strikeout in 32 ABs)

Adam Loewen: 3-for-5, 0 BB, 2 K. .250/.296/.292

Chris Woodward: 3-for-7, 2 BB, 0 K. .407/.484/.667

Randy Boone: 4 IP, 1 ER, 4 H, 0 BB, 2 K.

Brad Mills: 7 IP, 1 ER, 1 H, 3 BB, 3 K.

Chad Cordero: 1.2 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 0 K.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats:

Anthony Gose: 1-for-7, 1 BB, 0 K. .212/.235/.212

Adeiny Hechavarria: 2-for-8, 0 BB, 0 K. .194/.219/.258

Travis d'Arnaud: 1-for-8, 0 BB, 1 K. .087/.160/.130

Michael McDade: 3-for-7, 1 BB, 3 K. .375/.412/.469

John Tolisano: 1-for-7, 1 BB, 2 K, 1 double. .227/.393/.318

The Dunedin Blue Jays:

Justin Jackson: 3-for-6, 0 BB, 1 K, 1 double. .412/.450/.471

A.J. Jimenez: 2-for-8, 0 BB, 2 K, 1 double. .240/.296/.360

Kenny Wilson: 3-for-6, 0 BB, 1 K, 1 double. .333/.333/.524

Sean Ochinko: 1-for-6, 2 BB, 2 K, 1 double. .154/.214/.231

Deck McGuire: 4.2 IP, 5 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 5 K. Got 30.8% of the balls hit in play on the ground this time. The Ks are nice but he got hurt by flyball tendencies this time: he gave up 2 doubles, a triple and home run.

Chad Jenkins: 6 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 2 BB, 6 K. Got "only" 56.2% groundballs this time, but showed he can also K people. I'd like to see him move to AA in the not too distant future.

The Lansing Lugnuts:

Gustavo Pierre: 1-for-8, 0 BB, 2 K, 1 double. .250/.318/.300

Jake Marisnick: 0-for-8, 0 BB, 2 K, 1 HBP. .250/.348/.300

Carlos Perez: 1-for-4, 0 BB, 0 K. .333/.400/.500

Marcus Knecht: 0-for-7, 1 BB, 1 K. .211/.318/.263

Michael Crouse: 1-for-6, 0 BB, 3 K, 1 HBP. .222/.333/.500

Balbino Fuenmayor: 3-for-6, 1 BB, 0 K, 1 triple. .556/.636/.778 (in 3 games)

Daniel Webb: 3 IP, 10 H, 7 ER, 0 BB, 3 K. Got 50% groundballs, so it's probably very bad luck (and defense). Drew Permison allowed 3 runners inherited from Webb to score.

Casey Lawrence: 7 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 2 K. Sometimes pitching to contact does work.
