Work Day Game Thread - June 9th 2011 - Jays @ Royals

Hello out there, we're on the air there's no hockey on tonight!

The Jays are playing their getaway game as they have a late afternoon tilt with the Royals to wrap up the 4 game series. With a win today the Jays will take the series and can potentially move 3 games above 500 and inch closer to the teams in front of us. Even with playing so close to 500 the Jays are still only 3.5 games out of 1st. That's even with the Red Sox being on a 5 game winning streak. With Dustin Pedroia hurt things could stay close for a lot of the year. Going to be an interesting one that's for sure.

Anyways, can't really chat since I'm at work writing this, Lineups and Pitchers coming up!
