Lay down all thoughts, surrender to the void: Jays @ Indians GameThread

The last game before the All-Star break. Who do you think needs the break the most? My guess is John Farrell. I'm sure this has been more stressful than figured it would be. Anyway, he's got 3 days off to relax.

Today we get to see if Brett Cecil can build off his 8 inning complete game against the Red Sox. A win would put us 2 game below .500 after the break.

We get Patterson in the lineup again, playing RF. Thames moves over to DH.
