Hopefully the heat won't be as bad tonight. Around in these parts today was like Fall in comparison to yesterday... the problem is of course Texas is just a few clicks south of us up here in the Great White North.
The Jays will be looking for their 4th straight win today and they are going to be in tough as the Rangers have been flying high for quite some time. I know the Jays are 8-2 in their last 10 but so are the Rangers... and that is only because they lost their last two, before that they had strung together a crazy 12 wins.
A hitter to keep an eye on today? Adam Lind, he has great numbers against the Rangers in his career. In 33 games life time he sports a line of .301/.354/.692 with 15HR and 41RBI, he has played 20 games in the heat of Texas alone and has been even better there .333/.378/.778 with 10HR and 28RBI. GO SUPER ADAM!
Who draws the unenviable task of taking on the power rangers in the first game of the series? None other then everyone's favorite whipping boy Jo-Jo Reyes. This should be good.
