Are you watching closely? - July 27th 2011 - Orioles @ Jays - Gamethread

Wow. What a day. Blink and you missed it. I won't go over everything again as we have had multiple threads/comments and posts recapping everything, but needless to say its been a busy day and in general most everyone seems happy. While I have to feel bad for some fans of other organization who feel like they have been ripped off, I am really happy that we have a GM that can make deals like this that can really just make everyone drop their jaw in awe.

Lost in the rustle of everything is the fact that the Jays are playing another game tonight. Unfortunately the bullpen is going to be a few men short but given that we have Ricky Romero going for the team tonight hopefully we won't need a big bullpen to get through the game.

After the crushing loss last night the trades today were a nice way to get a fresh start so to speak. Maybe the trades will bring a new found energy to the team even though their new teammates haven't shown up as of yet.
