Don Wakamatsu reports that due to his pneumonia symptoms, manager John Farrell will miss tonight's game against Tampa Bay, and will not travel with the team to Baltimore for their 3-game series. Waka will continue as interim manager with Luis Rivera second-in-command as his bench coach. The club hopes to have Farrell back on Sept. 2 in New York.
