After the last couple of days, I'm pretty sure that none of us want to see Jon Rauch in the closer role anymore, though it really doesn't matter whether he blows the save in the 7th inning or the 9th. I thought I'd ask who you would like to see as closer. For this poll, I'm just going to consider guys that are in the bullpen now. Next time we can talk about guys in the minor league system.
Personally, I'd go back to FrankieMcFrankFrank. He's been pitching well, I know that we were all calling for his head a bit ago but he has a track record and he seems like a 1 inning sort of guy. I'd also be quite happy with Casey Janssen, other than I like that he can give us a couple of innings when needed and I hate to 'waste' him in the closer role. I'd rather him in the high leverage spots earlier in the game. Some were suggesting trying Jesse Litsch, I'm still holding out hope that they will come to their senses and put him back in the rotation.
