The Camden Clash - August 7th 2011 - Jays @ Orioles - Gamethread

The weather and fielding combined to hand the Jays a loss last night. Today to change their fortunes around they send their ace Ricky Romero to the mound. Ricky as we know has been great this year and unfortunately his record doesn't reflect that at all. Hopefully the bats will be able to give him some run support early to work with for the game.

That lineup is featuring some changes today. Thames takes a seat in the closing game of the series and gives way to Rajai Davis who takes over in LF, he will also lead off the game and bumps Escobar to second... not sure I agree with that move at all. Lind is DHing today with Edwin taking over the duties at first base and Johnny Mac is in at second base in place of Hill. Also with the day game after the night game, Arencibia is back behind the plate.
