And curse the warmth around you, you were such a foolish git - Sept. 4 GameThread - Jays at Yankees

Might as well continue using lyrics from the Beatles' 'I'm So Tired'.

Two lefty starters. Brett Cecil's been struggling lately. He had 2.19 ERA in July but 4.81 in August. Similar batting lines against though, July .231/.286/.357, August .228/.297/.430. The trouble has been long balls, which doesn't bode well for Yankee Stadium.

C.C. Sabathia also had an amazing July, 0.92 but not quite as good in August, 4.68. He was hit pretty hard in his August starts, giving up a .331/.350/..567 line.

But then CC isn't facing the same sort of line up Brett is. Eric Thames and Yunel Escobar are out. Adam Lind is sitting one out too. Instead Mike McCoy, Mark Teahen, Dewayne Wise and Jose Molina are playing. And, if someone had to leave the game, our bench consists of Brian Jeroloman, Chris Woodward and Adam Lind.

I'm hoping, at very least, we have a more consistent strike zone than yesterday. Ricky couldn't get a strike call no matter what. Bartolo Colon got strikes off both sides of the plate.

Lineups after the jump.
