Pitdhers:

  • Dustin McGowan: 2 innings, 1 hit, 1 k. 4 ground outs.
  • Aaron Laffey: 3 innings, 3 hits, 3 k, 6 ground outs. He had a really good day. I wonder if he will get a shot at the lefty, long relieve/occasional starter spot.
  • Francisco Cordero: 1 inning, 1 hit, 1 walk, 1 k.
  • Casey Janssen: 1 inning. there were a couple of good plays behind him, one by Omar Vizquel and one by Jake Marsinick.
  • Carlos Villanueva: 1 inning, 1 run, unearned.
  • Chad Beck: 1 inning 2 hits, 1 earned, 1 k.

Two home runs from Baustista, another homer from Snider, a good couple of innings from McGowan. Can we start the season now?
