We are coming up on 24 hours from the Travis Snider and Eric Thames trades and I still feel like I'm in shock. I really do hope Brad Lincoln gets off to a good start in a Jays uniform because I have a feeling he is going to have a hard time winning over the fanbase. I've read a lot of mixed reviews on the trade, but quite frankly I don't really care. I still feel like the Jays jerked Snider around in his development and never gave him a fair shot. That of course isn't to say Im cheering against Snider or Lincoln, I hope they both do well but I still have a bad feeling about all of it.

Starting in the game tonight is Aaron Laffey for the Jays opposed Jason Vargas for the M's. Laffey so far in his 6 starts has been a pleasant surprise. He has pitched effectively and given the Jays a decent shot to win the game in most starts.

In the lineup tonight Moises Sierra gets into the swing of things immediately taking over for the departed Snider in the OF. He will patrol RF while Davis will be out in left. David Cooper is in the lineup and huzzah! Batting cleanup! Bottoms up everyone!
