I watch a lot of baseball on radio: Game Thread for Rays @ Rangers Tiebreaker Game

We have a sort of playoff game tonight, the Rays and the Rangers tied for the second wild card spot, so they get to have a game 163 this season.

This morning, Minor Leaguer put up a poll asking who you thought would win the game, and 55% of us believe the Rangers will take the game. I can't say I have a favorite. I'll admit that Buck and Pat put me off the Rays with their constant drooling over them, during our season ending series. I think the last straw was them going on and on about what a genius Joe Maddon was to get himself ejected in the 7th inning. If he is such a genius, wouldn't he be more important in dugout than sitting by himself in the clubhouse?

But then, I'm not really a fan of the Rangers either. A.J. Pierzynski is a jerk and I'm not exactly thrilled with the suspension of Nelson Cruz ending just in time for this tie breaker game. So, I'm an impartial observer.

Anyway, tonight's pitchers are:

W-L G GS CG SHO SV BS IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP
2013 - David Price 9-8 26 26 3 0 0 0 177.2 171 76 67 16 26 147 3.39 1.11

for the Rays. Price hasn't pitched against the Rangers this season. In his career he is 1-4 with a 5.98 ERA in 8 starts against them.

And:

W-L G GS CG SHO SV BS IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP
2013 - Martin Perez 10-5 19 19 1 0 0 0 119.0 125 52 47 14 35 79 3.55 1.34

for the Rangers. Perez hasn't pitched against the Rays this season, last year he went 5 innings in his one start against the Rays last year, allowing 2 earned.

Lineup

TAMPA BAY RAYS TEXAS RANGERS
Desmond Jennings, CF Ian Kinsler, 2B
Wil Myers, RF Elvis Andrus, SS
Ben Zobrist, 2B Alex Rios, RF
Evan Longoria, 3B Adrian Beltre, 3B
Delmon Young, DH A.J. Pierzynski, C
Sean Rodriguez, LF Nelson Cruz, DH
James Loney, 1B Mitch Moreland, 1B
Yunel Escobar, SS Craig Gentry, LF
Jose Molina, C Leonys Martin, CF

So there are two former Jays in the Rays lineup, Escobar and Molina.  And there is one former Jay in the Rangers lineup, everyone's favorite, Alex.

Since ML asked who you thought would win, why don't I ask you who you would like to see win. Who are you going to cheer for tonight.

I thought we had someone to put these up for us. Obviously, payment will have to be withheld.
