The Blue Jays have signed Juan Francisco or at least I think that's what this means:
Exclusiva: Juan Francisco en @zdeportes, quien acaba de firmar con los Azulejos de Toronto. @z101digital

Actually Wilner has it too...in English:
Sources confirm: #Bluejays have signed former #Braves and #Brewers 1B/3B Juan Francisco to a minor-league deal. Off to #Bisons #Jays

Francisco has played first and third base in the majors He's had a 5 year MLB career, spending time with the Reds, Braves and Brewers. He lost his Brewers first base job to Lyle Overbay this spring. He'll be a good addition in Buffalo, but I don't think I want to see him in Toronto.
