Brett Lawrie came out of the game in the 4th inning of tonight's match with the Phillies. He was running to first on a ball hit to second baseman Chase Utley and he pulled up halfway to the bag and then didn't come out to play second in the defensive half of the inning.
He is a full out kind of guy, I'd like it if he would pick his spots sometimes.
Hopefully it isn't anything serious.
Lawrie left with tightness in right hamstring.— Gregor Chisholm (@gregorMLB) May 6, 2014
He'll be day-to-day.
