GameThread for the Final Game of the Season

The last GameThread of the season, giving me 5 months to find someone foolish enough wish enough to take the job of doing the GameThreads next year.

We can't say it hasn't been interesting. There were some good moments. Unfortunately there were more bad moments.

Alex had a press conference this morning.....he managed to talk a bunch without really telling us anything. He did say they would have money to sign anyone they really wanted.

Just because the season is over, it doesn't mean that we are closing up shop around here. There will be a lot of looking back at what happened and what went wrong and we'll be looking forward to next season.

R.A. Dickey gets the honor of closing out the season and trying for his 15th win, which would be the second highest total of his career. He's had a pretty good year. It would look that much better if Gibby would have pulled him out of games before he tired, in the early part of the season.

Remember we have rules around here. Some reminders, don't talk about illegal streams,don't argue the rules, don't piss off the mods and don't be terrible. Also no Gifs or pictures until the game ends.
