Here are the lineups for the first game of the Blue Jays - Royals American League Championship Series as laid out by managers John Gibbons and Ned Yost.

Today's Lineups

TORONTO BLUE JAYS KANSAS CITY ROYALS
Ben Revere - LF Alcides Escobar - SS
Josh Donaldson - 3B Ben Zobrist - 2B
Jose Bautista - RF Lorenzo Cain - CF
Edwin Encarnacion - DH Eric Hosmer - 1B
Chris Colabello - 1B Kendrys Morales - DH
Troy Tulowitzki - SS Mike Moustakas - 3B
Dioner Navarro - C Salvador Perez - C
Kevin Pillar - CF Alex Gordon - LF
Ryan Goins - 2B Alex Rios - RF
Marco Estrada - RHP Edinson Volquez - RHP

Behind Marco Ace-strada will be the exact lineup we saw in game 3 of the ALDS with Dioner Navarro catching Estrada and batting seventh. Gibbons has decided to go with the hot hand, inserting Chris Colabello at first in place even against right-hander Edinson Volquez, much to the chagrin of Scott C., who had Justin Smoak penciled in his Probable Lineup in his game preview. The Royals are featuring their typical lineup so it's kind of boring.

Twitter user @BVHJays has an interesting take on the lineups (note the Blue Jays' lineup should have the catcher and shortstop switched).

ALCS Game Times

You're not going to be happy with this but probably saw this coming: the Blue Jays will not be getting the prime time slot for any day where both league's championship series games are being played. Too bad, so sad, it's all about the money in the end.
