Finally we have some news on the tender front:

Thole is out of options, so he'd have to clear waivers to be sent to the minors, but then I wouldn't expect anyone to make a claim on him.
And if you were wondering about Justin Smoak...
Justin Smoak will not be among those non-tendered. Agreed to a $3.9 million deal with the Blue Jays.

That seems like a lot of money for Justin, in fact it sounds like way too much money for Smoak.
The rest of the arbitration eligible players, who have all be tendered contracts are Brett Cecil, Michael Saunders, Ben Revere, Josh Donaldson, Drew Hutchison, Aaron Loup and Steve Delabar. Delabar surprises me, I figured they would let him go, but MLB Trade Rumors figures he would only get $700,000 through arbitration.
