Update:
Not good news:
The #bluejays confirm Ramon Santiago suffered a fractured right collarbone.

No word on how long he'll be out, but I'm guessing at least 2 to 3 months. Not good news.
Sometimes, it seems like spring training just happens so guys can get injured. Ramon Santiago was taking out of today's game with the Braves with an apparent shoulder injury, after making a diving catch. And now:
Santiago has been taken to a nearby hospital to undergo X-rays on his collarbone. Information from our #Braves reporter @mlbbowman #BlueJays

Ramon had a shot at the utility infielder job with the Blue Jays, but, if he has a broken collarbone, he won't be getting that job.
I gives Ryan Goins a better chance at making the team in that role.
I think there are two ways things could shake out. If Maicer Izturis wins the second base job then, then Santiago or Goins would get the utility infielder spot. If Devon Travis wins the second base job, then Izturis would be the utility infielder. At the moment, I'm not sure which way the Jays will go.
I'm hoping the best for Ramon, hopefully x-rays will show no break or damage and he can get back to playing soon.
