GameThread Game 5: Blue Jays @ Orioles

Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports

Yesterday's game was a lot of fun. I hope we get into the double digits for runs again today.

It's an interesting pitching match up today. Jimenez had a tough season last year, finishing with a 4.81 ERA in 25 games, 22 starts. He walked 77 in just 125 innings. He had a 4.44 ERA with 8 walks and 23 strikeouts in 26 innings.

And control is the worry for our pitcher too. Sanchez walked 10 in 22.2 innings this spring, with 11 strikeouts and a 5.16 ERA. The pitcher that can find the strikeout the most might be the winner today.

It looks like the Jays are finally going to get some decent weather. It should be around 14 C at game time.

Gibby has decided to leave Pompey in the 2 spot in the order. After the success we had yesterday, I can't blame him.
