Buffalo scored 3 in the 5th to take the lead and the bullpen shut things down from there as the Herd beat Norfolk 5-3. Buffalo had 12 hits and 3 walks in this one. They also took advantage of a Norfolk error. Only one Buffalo hitter did not pick up a hit. Buffalo pitchers allowed 7 hits and 2 walks.

- Rob Rasmussen was solid in relief, throwing 3.2 scoreless innings. He allowed a hit and a walk, striking out 2
- Gregory Infante had a scoreless inning with 2 grounds outs and a fly out
- Bo Schultz pitched the 9th, allowing just a hit to shut the door

Dunedin Recap
Dunedin got back at it Thursday night, but the results weren't much better than the last couple games, as Dunedin lost 8-1. The D-Jay offense could only muster 6 hits and 4 walks in this one. Clearwater picked up 18 hits, including 4 doubles, and 3 walks on the night, taking advantage of 3 multi-run innings.
- Murphy Smith had a rough start, giving up 5 runs and 11 hits in 4.2 innings. He also walked a batter and struck out 2. Smith had a balk and 2 wild pitches
- Tiago Da Silva followed with 1.1 innings. He gave up 3 hits and a walk, which lead to 3 runs. Da Silva did strike out 4
- Alonzo Gonzalez had a scoreless inning. He allowed a hit and a walk, and struck out 1
- Chad Girodo allowed a hit in his scoreless inning, striking out 1
- Wil Browning didn't allow a run in his inning, but did allow 2 hits. Browning also recorded 2 K's
- Roemon Fields had the best day for Dunedin. He picked up a triple and took a walk. He did strike out, but stole his 9th base on the night. Fields also picked up an outfield assist at home
- Mike Reeves had a triple and a K
- Mitch Nay had a single and 2 walks
- David Harris & Matt Dean each had a hit
- L.B. Dantzler made his return and had a hit as well
Lansing Recap
Lansing scored early and often on their way to a 6-1 win. Lansing had 11 hits, 4 walks, a hit batter and took advantage of 4 Lake County errors to win this one. Lake County had 7 hits and a walk. Lansing got 3 stolen bases and 2 extra base hits on the night.
- Chase De Jong had a solid start, going 5.2 innings. He allowed an unearned run on 3 hits. He also struck out 3. De Jong had 5 ground outs and 6 fly outs
- Colton Turner had 1.1 scoreless innings. He allowed a hit and a walk, and struck out 1
- Carlos Ramirez pitched an inning with 2 hits allowed, but recorded 3 strike outs
- Phil Kish threw the 9th, allowing a hit
- Rowdy Tellez lead the Lugs on this night. He went 3-4 with his 3rd HR of the year, and added a double. Tellez also had a sac fly and scored 2 runs
- Tim Locastro was on base 3 times. He had a single, a walk and, surprising I know, a HBP. He picked up his 7th & 8th stolen bases of the year
- Richard Urena & Chris Carlson both had 2 singles
- D.J. Davis & Justin Atkinson both had singles and a K. Davis also had a stolen base
- Ryan McBroom had a hit but struck out 3 times.
- Anthony Alford had a walk and a K, and scored a run
