Buffalo Recap
With a number of the starters riding the short trip from Buffalo to Cleveland, it's easy to see why Buffalo has hit a bump in the road, though the offense wasn't very good today. Buffalo allowed 3 in the 2nd, and Louisville held on for a 5-2 win over the Herd. Offensively, Buffalo had 4 hits and 2 walks, only striking out 3 times. The pitchers allowed 11 hits and a walk, and struck out 9. Other than the 2-run 6th, Buffalo didn't really challenge.
- Casey Lawrence made his first start in AAA this year, throwing 6.1 innings and allowing 4 runs. He gave up 9 hits, 1 was a HR, and struck out 6
- Ryan Tepera was solid in his 1.2 innings. He struck out 3
- Preston Guilmet allowed a run on 2 hits and a walk in his inning
- Chris Colabello had a run scoring single and added a walk
- Andy Burns had a single and a sac bunt
- Matt Hague had a hit
- Ryan Schmipf added a hit in his AAA debut this year. He also struck out once

New Hampshire Recap
For the second straight game, New Hampshire lost a close game, giving up 2 in the 5th today to lose 2-1 at Binghamton. Both clubs had 7 hits and a walk in this one. NH added 10 K's while striking out 4 Binghamton batters. Aside from the 5th inning, there wasn't much offense to talk about at all
- Taylor Cole had a decent start, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits in 5 innings. He did walk a batter, and only struck out 1. Cole did get 7 ground outs against 3 fly outs. He also hit a batter
- Danny Barnes pitched 2 scoreless, allowing 2 hits and striking out 2
- Scott Barnes pitched an inning as well, striking out 1
- Jon Berti had a single & a double in this one.
- Shane Optiz had a single and scored the only FisherCat run
- Dwight Smith had an RBI single and struck out twice. He was also picked off
- Jake Fox & Pierce Rankin each had a single and a K
- Matt Newman had a single and 2 strike outs
Dunedin Recap
Dunedin got behind early in this one, similar to their poor run earlier in the week. Allowing 2 in the 1st, 3 in the 2nd and 2 more in the 4th, the D-Jays were behind the 8-ball from the get go in their 8-2 loss to Clearwater. Dunedin mustered 5 hits and 2 walks on Saturday. They also struck out 12 times. The pitchers allowed 14 hits, including 2 HR's, and 3 walks, while only recording 3 K's. The D-Jays did pick up 3 double plays
- Brad Allen started and allowed 7 runs on 9 hits in 4 innings. He gave up 2 2-out 2-run HR's, 2 walks and struck out 1. Allen also hit a batter
- Alberto Tirado followed with 3 innings. He allowed a run on 4 hits and a walk. Tirado struck out 2
- Brady Dragmire pitched a scoreless inning and gave up a hit
- Derrick Loveless had the best game for the D-Jays, going 2-4 with 2 runs scored. He picked up a triple as well. He struck out twice
- Roemon Fields had a hit and 2 K's
- Matt Dean had a hit and a walk
- Jason Leblebijian had a hit as well
- David Harris threw a runner out at the plate
Lansing Recap
Lansing was on the losing end of a solid start. The Lugs were down 1-0 through 5 innings, but ended up losing 10-4. Lansing had 8 hits and 3 walks. Bowling Green had 18 hits and 2 walks. Lansing had an opportunity to open the scoring with the bases loaded and 1 out in the 3rd, but were unable to score as Richard Urena lined into a double play
- Shane Dawson started and went 5 innings, allowing a run on 4 hits. He struck out 4 and got 7 fly ball outs to 3 ground outs. Dawson also hit a batter
- Carlos Ramirez followed by allowing 3 runs in his inning. He gave up 4 hits and a walk, although he did strike out 2. The other out he recorded was on a pick off
- Colton Turner gave up 4 runs in 2 innings. He allowed 6 hits and a walk. Turner recorded 2 K's
- Phil Kish allowed 2 runs in an inning, on 4 hits. Kish recorded 2 K's
- Tim Locastro had 2 hits, including his 1st HR of the season, a 3-run inside the park homer in the 9th
- Anthony Alford & Ryan McBroom both had a single & a double.
- Justin Atkinson had a single & a double as well, but he also struck out twice
- Jonathan Davis & D.J. Davis both reached on a walk. Jonathan had 1 K & D.J. had 2
- Boomer Collins had a walk and was hit by a pitch

Buffalo Recap
A 6 run 6th inning proved too much for the Herd to overcome as Louisville beat Buffalo 9-7. Both clubs picked up 13 hits and had an error each. Each Buffalo hitter had a hit in this one, and they added 4 walks, while striking out 5 times. Bison pitchers gave up 4 walks as well, but they struck out 10 batters
- Austen Bibens-Dirkx made the start in his return from a short stint in NH. He went 4 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits and a walk. He gave up a solo HR to lead off the game, but settled in and struck out 3 while getting 5 ground ball outs
- Luis Perez followed with a rough outing. Perez was charged with 6 runs in 1.2 innings. He allowed 6 hits and a walk, while striking out 2
- Gregory Infante had a good outing, going 1.1 innings, allowing a hit and striking out 2
- Colt Hynes was a little erratic in his inning. He gave up a hit and walked 2 batters. He also recorded 1 K
- Steve Delabar had a good inning, striking out 2
- Andy Wilkins & Kevin Nolan both had a single & a double on the night and scored a run each. Nolan added a walk as well.
- Chris Colabello had 2 singles and struck out once
- Melky Mesa had 2 hits in his 2015 AAA debut. Mesa also added a walk
- Caleb Gindl had a double and struck out 2 times

New Hampshire Recap
New Hampshire lost a tight game, giving up 2 runs in the 6th in their 2-1 loss at Binghamton. The offense had 4 hits and 5 walks on the night, but also struck out 11 times. Ryan Schmipf got caught stealing at home in the 3rd, but other than that there wasn't a lot of innings the FisherCats were challenging for runs. The pitchers allowed 8 hits on the night and didn't walk a batter
- Matt Boyd threw 5.1 scoreless innings. He allowed 4 hits and struck out 3. He was in the strike zone pretty well most of the night. He did get a lot of fly ball outs (7) compared to 2 ground outs
- Cory Burns gave up 2 runs on 4 hits in 1.2 innings.

- Ryan Schmipf hit his 5th HR of the year in the 1st. He also picked up 2 K's
- K.C. Hobson had a triple and a walk on the night. He also struck out twice

Dunedin Recap
The only Jays team who picked up a win on Friday night, as they bounced back from 3 straight blow-out losses with a 4-2 win over Clearwater. Dunedin picked up 8 hits and a walk in this one. The pitchers allowed 11 hits and 2 walks, but limited the damage well until the 9th inning.
- Jeremy Gabryszwski threw 6.2 scoreless innings. He allowed 6 hits and a walk, and struck out 1. He recorded 9 ground outs and 7 fly outs, but you would like to see him miss a few more bats
- Matt Dermody threw 2 innings and was charged with 2 runs on 5 hits. He struck out 2
- Jimmy Cordero got the final out on a strike out, after loading the bases with a walk first
- Matt Dean hit a 2-run HR in the 1st, his 4th of the year. He added a walk and 2 K's
- Jorge Saez had 2 doubles and a K on the night. He also picked a runner off 1st base
- Mitch Nay had 2 singles and a strike out
- Roemon Fields had a single and a K. He also picked up his 10th stolen base of the year
- Dawel Lugo & David Harris both had singles
- Dickie Joe Thon struck out twice in his 4 PA's in his Dunedin debut
Lansing Recap
Lansing got behind early and couldn't find enough offense to get back in to this one as they lost 6-1 to Bowling Green. Lansing had 9 hits and 3 walks. They also struck out 9 times. The pitchers allowed 14 hits, didn't walk a batter and struck out 7.
- Starlyn Suriel started and went 6 innings. He gave up 4 runs on 8 hits. 3 of the hits were solo HR's, which is strange for a ground ball pitcher. Suriel did strike out 3 and recorded 9 ground outs against 4 fly outs
- Mark Biggs allowed 2 runs in 3 innings. He gave up 6 hits and struck out 4. Biggs got 5 ground outs
- Jonathan Davis made his 2015 debut and had 3 singles and a K. He also picked up a stolen base and was caught stealing as well
- Tim Locastro was back in the 9-hole and had 2 singles and was hit by a pitch again
- Ryan McBroom had a double and a walk, to go along with a K
- Boomer Collins picked up a pinch-hit double in the 9th in his first AB of the year
- Anthony Alford had a hit and a walk. He also K'd once
- Rowdy Tellez had a single and 3 K's on the night
- D.J. Davis went 0-for with 2 strike outs
