Buffalo

Buffalo had an up and down week last week. Losing 2, winning 2, losing 2 more and ending on a Brad Glenn swim to win. The pitching was still strong for the week for the most part, even as most of the starters were shuffled west on I-90 to join the Jays instead of making their start for Buffalo. The offense wasn't very strong for the most part as their run differential for the week was -5.

Chris Colabello was named the International League player of the month for April as you can see from his offensive numbers above. The pitching has been decent yet no one has really been a stand out really. This week sees Buffalo off on Monday then play a series in Durham followed by one in Norfolk, who the Herd just split a 4-game series with.

Buffalo's top hitters for April were:
Chris Colabello - 1.019 OPS. 5 HR. 16 RBI. 10 BB, 18 K
Matt Hague - .950 OPS. 7 XBH. 14 RBI. 11 BB, 5 K
Ezequiel Carrera - .832 OPS. 25 hits. 13 runs. 10 BB, 10 K
Top Pitchers:
Scott Copeland - 4 runs allowed in 25 innings. 8 BB, 13 K
Randy Wolf - 4 runs allowed in 23 innings. 10 BB, 17 K
Andrew Albers - 8 runs allowed in 23.1 innings. 6 BB, 12 K

New Hampshire
New Hampshire had a solid week, picking up 4 wins in 6 games. The 2 losses were both 2-1 games at Binghamton, so the possibility was there to be even better off. New Hampshire had a +9 differential for the week and the pitchers only allowed 13 runs outside of Sunday's barn burner (11 more allowed in the win).

This week New Hampshire finishes their road trip by heading in to Reading. They then return home to take on Trenton.

New Hampshire's top performers for April were:
Hitters:
Ryan Schimpf - .930 OPS. 4 HR. 12 RBI. 6 BB, 12 K
Jake Fox - .927 OPS. 4 HR. 18 RBI. 7 BB, 18 K
Matt Newman - .870 OPS. 3 RH, 15 RBI. 7 BB, 18 K
Pitchers:
Matt Boyd - 4 runs allowed in 20.2 innings. 8 BB, 30 K
Casey Lawrence - 12 runs allowed in 24 innings. 9 BB, 17 K
Matt West - 1 run allowed in 12.1 innings. 4 BB, 17 K

Dunedin
Dunedin had a rough week, going 2-4 and losing all 4 games by 6+ runs. The D-Jays run differential for the week was -21 with the help of Sunday's 8-0 win. Dunedin had weak pitching and the offense was worse for the most part.

This week sees Dunedin play in Tampa against the Yankees and then head home to take on Lakeland

Dunedin's top performers for April:
Hitters:
David Harris - .708 OPS. 2 HR, 7 RBI. 1 BB, 18 K
Derrick Loveless - .706 OPS. 1 HR, 6 RBI, 7 BB, 16 K
Matt Dean - .662 OPS. 3 HR, 6 RBI. 2 BB, 18 K
Pitchers:
Jayson Aquino - 10 runs allowed in 19.2 innings. 5 BB, 14 K
Brad Allen - 11 runs in 21 innings. 8 BB, 16 K
Tiago Da Silva - 6 runs in 15.1 innings. 3 BB, 21 K

Lansing
Lansing has hit a little bit of a skid, losers of their last 3 games. For the week, Lansing went 2-4 with a -6 run differential. It tended to be the big inning which hurt the Lugs and they will look to get back in to the win column this week, as they take on West Michigan at home and then travel to Fort Wayne

Lansing's top performers for April:
Hitters:
Dickie Joe Thon - .922 OPS. 2 HR, 12 RBI. 6 BB, 18 K
D.J. Davis - .781 OPS. 3 2B, 3 3B, 6 RBI. 9 BB, 22 K
Rowdy Tellez - .755 OPS. 3 HR, 13 RBI. 5 BB, 22 K
Pitchers:
Chase De Jong - 9 Runs allowed in 25.1 innings. 7 BB, 24 K.
Justin Shafer - 3 runs allowed in 19.2 innings. 5 BB, 13 K.
Shane Dawson - 3 runs allowed in 18 innings. 6 BB, 21 K
