A source tells Chris Cotillo that the Blue Jays have acquired Mark Lowe from the Seattle Mariners. As per Ken Rosenthal, the Blue Jays will send Nick Wells, Jacob Brentz and Rob Rasmussen in return.

Jon Heyman reported that the deal could be close.
Lowe, 32, is a right-handed reliever who has posted very strong numbers this season. In 34 games, he has posted a 1.00 ERA, 1.83 FIP and 2.40 xFIP. Per Cots, Lowe is a free agent after this season.
